I found the room to be cozy, despite its slightly worn appearance, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. the free WiFi was lightning-fast, a rare find in my extensive travels around Thailand. the staff, especially the two lovely ladies at reception, were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces, adding a personal touch to my experience. Although the room had a bit of an odor issue in the toilet, it was impeccably clean and provided excellent value for the price. the guesthouse's proximity to both the arrival pier and the island's best beach made it a perfect base for exploration. I appreciated the peace and quiet of the surroundings, while still being within easy reach of numerous dining and drinking options nearby. the availability of amenities such as a fridge, flat-screen TV, and kettle in the room made my stay even more convenient. Overall, Runa Runa the Best Samed Island exceeded my expectations with its budget-friendly rates, great location, and friendly service. I will definitely consider making it my go-to accommodation on future visits to Ko Samet.
